Ingredients
16 oz block of Liquid Gold Velveeta
10 oz can of Ro-Tel Diced Tomatoes and Chilies
4 oz Cream Cheese
1/2 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/2 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
Directions
Hydrate the sausage and cheese in separate bowls. Combine the rest of the ingredients in a large microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high for 5 minutes. Stir after 3 minutes. Drain any remaining water off of the sausage and cheese. Add to bowl and stir. Microwave another 2-3 minutes or until cheese is melted. ENJOY!
