Welcome to Week 2 of our Summer Inventory Challenge where we will be taking a look at 1 or 2 aspects of our food storage and emergency preparedness each week and doing a complete inventory / re-evaluation.  You can follow along with my progress and/or join me and do it for yourself too.  Either way you should learn quite a bit along the way!  Now on to Week 2...

This week we are focusing on Shelves and Water Storage and doing an inventory of all our supplies. Remember each challenge will walk you through these three questions:
