A Week-By-Week Prepping Calendar? Yes please!!!

When I find something I am SUPER excited about I just HAVE to share! My friend Lisa Bedford (The Survival Mom) has created this amazing Prepping Calendar and I just received my copy the other day. I shared about it on social media and everyone went crazy for it!

My idea is to go through the calendar as a group (we can do this via Facebook or by using shared hashtags on Instagram). So every week we all are working on the same tasks at the same time and can share ideas, give encouragement, etc. I am seriously so excited about this project!

So here is the scoop. Lisa has been awesome enough to offer Food Storage Made Easy readers a discount on the calendars, yay! So instead of the regular $15.99 price we get it for $14 (+ shipping). Woo woo! But this discount ends Sunday morning so make sure to grab yours today or tomorrow!

If you just want your calendar before January 1st you should be just fine paying the regular low shipping rate ($3.99) but if you are wanting to use these as Christmas gifts (I'm planning to buy one for all of my sisters!) you may want to consider doing the expedited shipping ($8.99). Depending on your location you still may make it in time if you order TODAY even with regular shipping.

Take a Peek Inside

Every month includes a quote, a main project, and a helpful tip on the main calendar page. At the start of the month here is a recommended book that we can read together like a virtual book club. Then there are 2-3 ideas per week to saving money, practice cooking with our food storage, work on little pieces of our preparedness plans, or purchases we need to make. I love that each week I can just know what things I'll be working on and do it with all of YOU! If I'm already set I can just skip that task or work on something I didn't have time for a previous week.

I'm finding myself already wishing for January to hurry up and get here so I can get started on my calendar right now!
