come September. Here's a list of "hints and tips" to get you started!

- The more you participate in the challenge, the more you learn. Actually doing each task really helps you learn much more than just going through the thought-exercise
- You'll have to modify some of the scenarios for your own family depending on diet, work schedules, marital status, kid status etc... We'll try to be generic, but just relax and
adapt
- Don't skip out on work, or neglect important things just because you are doing the challenge, we can't write "doctor's notes" and excuse you from stuff. Do the best you can!
- Make sure to fill out the questionnaires each day as you go through the
exercises. You may think you'll remember everything later but it's best to do it right away.
