November is an AWESOME time of year because long term food storage and prepping supplies always go on sale! I love saving all year so I can stock up for my family. Now that I have grown kids in college I'm also excited to get some preparedness gifts for them to take back to their dorms in January.

Speaking of college kids, this boy came home with one of his roommates to celebrate his birthday last weekend and wanted all his favorite home-cooked meals. Needless to say he kept me busy in the kitchen!

FOOD STORAGE 101 CLASS

I'm so excited to announce that I am starting to teach food storage classes again! These classes will be held via zoom and I can do them for small or large groups. If you are interested in gathering some like-minded people to learn more about basic preparedness and food storage, please reply to this email and we can work out the details.

I'm hosting a class TONIGHT (Tuesday) at 8:30 pm EST with my friend Krista if you want to join in. These classes are geared towards beginners but you may catch a few helpful tidbits even if you are a food storage veteran.

We will go over what you should store, how much you should store, where to buy items and how to store them for long term. There will be giveaways, some cooking demos, a lot of learning and a bit of fun too. Replay will be available to anyone who registers. Must be watching live to win.

7 DAY CHALLENGE PRINTABLE HANDOUT

Did you participate in the 2023 7 Day Challenge with me? As a group we tested our level of preparedness by participating in mock emergency scenarios and discussing our learnings in our Facebook Group.

I had a lot of people request for me to put the challenge into a printable summary so they could work on the challenges later and/or share with others. I finally got it put together and wanted to give it to you as a free gift today!
