All ingredients will be cheaper and are available for free shipping for delivery customers if your order is over $100. 1 quart-sized jar will make 1 smoothie.

To make jar: Add all ingredients to jar in order listed for a prettier jar, add ingredients in reverse order if you want to do heaping servings.

 

To prepare: Add 2 cups of water and 1 cup of ice to a blender. Pour in the contents of the jar and blend well. Serve in a quart-sized mason jar.

Add these items to your monthly delivery and you should be able to make 11-12 jars worth of meals this month.  Sometimes the product settles and you won't get a full 12 cups out of a #10 can or certain ingredients have a few less servings. I'd rather have you plan to have some extras than be sad about not having enough!
