Welcome to the Meal-in-a-Jar Group emails!  Sorry for the late email this month, I've been in the middle of moving ... but I believe all of the ingredients should still be in stock so it's not too late to grab them for this yummy recipe.  

The long awaited Freeze Dried Cucumbers are now available! They’re really good, and sweeter than you think. I can’t wait for you to try them ... in fact I'm so excited about them that I'm offering a can for FREE to anyone who enrolls as a consultant in the month of March.  There are a lot of exciting things coming up soon (new products, new packs, favorite products coming back, our annual spring sale, etc.) so it's a great time to get started and share preparedness with others!

 

 

 

To make jars: Add all ingredients to jar in order listed for a prettier jar, add ingredients in reverse order if you want to do heaping servings. 

 

To prepare:  Combine contents of jar with 6 cups of water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and let simmer for 30 minutes.

Add these items to your monthly delivery and you should be able to make around 10-11 quart jars with leftovers of several items.

• Thrive Bechamel Sauce - ON SALE (1 pantry can)
• Thrive Instant Milk (2 pantry cans)
• Thrive Sour Cream Powder (1 pantry can)
• Thrive Cheese Blend (1 pantry can)
• Thrive Dehydrated Onions (1 pantry can)
• Thrive Sweet Corn - ON SALE (1 pantry can)
• Thrive Celery (1 pantry can)
• Thrive Cheddar Cheese (1 pantry can)
• Thrive Potato Chunks - ON SALE (1 family can)
• Thrive Ground Beef - ON SALE (1 family can)

 

After you put together your jars you can print these cute labels and attach them.  I made two versions of the labels so you can have the correct instructions based on the size of jars you are making!
