Ingredients:

1/4 c. Thrive Chopped Onions

1/3 c. Thrive Spinach

1/3 c. Thrive Sweet Corn

1/3 c. Thrive Peas (optional)

1/3 c. Thrive Red Bell Peppers

1/3 c. Thrive Zucchini
-
1 c. Thrive Chopped Chicken

1/4 c. Thrive Scrambled Egg Mix (separate bag)

6 c. Water
-
2 c. Instant Rice

3 T. Soy Sauce
Directions:
To make jar: Add 1st 7 ingredients to jar in order listed for a prettier jar, add ingredients in reverse order if you want to do heaping servings. Include scrambled egg mix in a separate baggie inside the jar. Store with 2 cups of rice either in a pint size jar or in a baggie beside the jar.
To prepare: In a small bowl combine egg mix with 6 T. water. Cook in a small frying pan, break apart into small chunks and set aside. In a large frying pan, combine contents of jar and 6 cups of water. Bring to a boil, then add rice. Cook for 8-10 minutes or until rice is cooked and most of the water is absorbed. Let stand for 5-7 minutes then drain off any excess water. Stir in soy sauce adding more to taste if desired.
