I've had a few people struggle with some of the technology side of setting up their deliveries. Here are a few helpful tips.
1. If you can't remember your password and it is telling you you already have an account, there is not a password button on the delivery page. You have to go back to the regular customer login page and do a password reset request there:

2. Your first delivery can start at any time. You can set a date for any time in March but once you complete the set up process you can always click "ship now" if you want to process your order right away. A few people have been anxious to get started and didn't know they had this option!
3. Make sure your delivery order is over $100 (before taxes) in order to qualify for free shipping. Some people are missing this by just a few dollars and I'd rather have you get more product than pay shipping!
4. Make sure you go through the entire set up process and click "Start my Deliveries" at the end or else your account will not be fully set up.
