It's time for May's Meal-in-a-Jar recipes!  I just wanted to give a quick thank you to everyone who has been making the meals and sharing their pictures in my Facebook group.  It's been so fun to see how many people are participating!

• 2 T. Thrive Chicken Bouillon
• 2 tsp. Thrive Chef’s Choice Seasoning
• 2 tsp. Thrive Salad Seasoning Blend
• 1 tsp. salt (or more to taste)
• 1/4 c. Thrive Freeze-Dried Chopped Onions
• 1/4 c. Thrive Dehydrated Carrot Dices
• 1/2 c. Thrive Freeze Dried Celery

Add these items to your monthly delivery and you should be able to make 10-11 jars worth of meals.  Sometimes the product settles and you won't get a full 11 cups out of a #10 can or certain ingredients have a few less servings.  I'd rather have you plan to have some extras than be sad about not having enough!

After you put together your jars you can print these cute labels and attach them.  I made two versions of the labels so you can have the correct instructions based on the size of jars you are making!

This month the theme will be potluck items to get you ready for all those end of school year parties and events that will be coming up in the next month or two.
