Are any of you baseball fans? Here in Pennsylvania it's RED OCTOBER since the Phillies are making a play-off run. We were lucky enough to go to the first play-off game but unlucky enough to lose the game terribly. At least I looked cute in my Phillies overalls! FESTIVE STUFFED PEPPERS

Thrive’s October monthly delivery specials gave me so many fun ideas for festive Halloween goodies. I remembered seeing a cute idea for jack-o-lantern stuffed peppers using orange bell peppers and since diced beef is on sale I knew I had to do it this month!
