How is your February going so far? We started out with a bang as my baby turned 12 and had a MEGA birthday party. She had 24 friends join us for a movie night and we had to host it in our church gymnasium to accommodate everyone.

I was actually just barely pregnant with this little bug when I first become a Thrive Life consultant so she has been a part of my business for her whole life and many of you have watched her grow up on my blogs! She has been featured in many of my cooking videos and has even started creating some herself. Happy birthday little miss Izzy!

Thrive’s February monthly delivery specials have soooo many great items so it was hard to narrow it down to make just one recipe. The “Flavor Fusion Pack” contains a lot of fun red ingredients to make Valentine’s Day goodies. The regular monthly special items included some Mexican-ish ingredients so I opted for an easy taco soup recipe since I’m still feeling the winter chill and I love a good hearty soup on a cold winter day.
