How is your month going so far?  I was able to visit my family in Utah last weekend which is always a good time! Can you tell we are sisters? lol. I've been getting excited to do some spring cleaning, start working on my gardens, and enjoying the calm before the spring soccer storm starts.

Thrive’s March monthly delivery specials include a few fun packages that are worth looking at but I chose to create this month's recipe based off of a few of the individual items.

This month we want to get back to the basics and teach a little crash course all about freeze-dried foods.  We will go over the different categories of foods and different ways to use them. If you haven't cooked much with freeze-dried foods this is definitely a class you won't want to miss!
