Thrive's June monthly specials include Scrambled Egg Mix which hasn’t been on sale for a LONG time so I knew I wanted to create a recipe that included it. I like making batches of breakfast foods that the kids can grab on the way to work or to have a hearty meal without me having to cook every day. So making these egg muffin cups is perfect for that!
