Welcome to January's meal-in-a-jar monthly email. This is the first month with a new recipe since I launched my new Meals in a Jar Made Easy cookbook. If you haven't already grabbed a copy of the book, I hope you'll check it out!

I have been asked to make some more allergen-friendly recipes so this month I'm giving you a gluten-free, vegetarian soup recipe that I hope you will love!
