Welcome to August's monthly meal-in-a-jar email!  It has been a while since I sent out an email due to a lot of summer craziness mixed in with some health issues going on.  But kids are going back to school next week and I am feeling much better so we are back in business baby!  Thanks for being patient with me while I took some much needed time away.
